inferiority

there might be

a certain melancholy

while leaving behind

the feeling of inferiority

which in its own way

can be considered

as stepping out

of pride

head under water

holding others responsible

for our own flaws

is like blaming others

for our own weaknesses

being hurt

by such accusations

is like living

head under water

in an open wound

unable to touch

the truth

undefined

suddenly perceiving

what

was so far experienced

as a punishment

for undefined misbehaviour

to be a merciful blessing

perhaps even a privilege

might be

the outcome of

transformation

at times

layers upon layers

of shame

coming to the surface

it can seem endless

at times

and somehow

it is

yet

it is

in this purification

of shame

mercy increases

and freedom expands

finding

finding truth

in an intricate cobweb

of lies

can be quite a task

all the more

when

a part of the consciousness

refuses

to acknowledge

what it sees

yet for the one who search

with a sincere heart

and an open mind

truth will always reveal itself

at its proper time

fidgeting

finally finding

firm foundation

after a flickering flight

forwards

fidgeting frightfully

for fear of falling

only to

finally find

the forever firm

foundation

dimension

becoming able

to hold on

to love

no longer believing

it has to be earned

accepting

love does not always gives us

what we want

though

always

what we need

to reach

the full dimension of

who we are

inflicting

no longer to inflict

pain

is not the same

as doing everything possible

to avoid it

it might be

the beginning

of a meticulous healing

hence the end

of a mournful suffering

antidote

how what we consider

to be wrong

can be the proper thing

to do

as an antidote

to an iniquity

committed

generations ago

or simply to heal

a wound

short tempered

when guilt is no longer

an obstacle

mercy can begin to pervade

even under a heat

leaving

everyone

short tempered

of exhaustion
