perseverance

facing reality

is not always the most gratifying experience

at first glance

but it might be

a liberating experience

when practiced regularly

and with perseverance

guilt

working through

massive layers of guilt

can indeed be considered

a waste of time

in times of war

but if the source of the war

is to be found

in the very same layers

of guilt

there might be a certain

sense to it

hypocrisy

defining the nuance between

denying oneself and

self-denial

might be an interesting exercise

to practice

until the nuance is clear as

a cutting edge

separating hypocrisy

from generosity

wise

learning to be wise

can be a long journey

learning to reach the wisdom

we already carry within

as well

after

breaking down

breaking up

breaking through

breaking in

breaking over

sometimes it seems indeed

without end

yet after every break

is a different life

more

more wind

haunting through the night

more pain

coming to the surface

liberating space for light

to shine

animals

the call of a fox

through the night

after so long an absence

the owls joining in

later on

to celebrate darkness

blackbirds taking over

just before night breaks into dawn

while clouds are drifting

and the moon reflecting

the light we cannot see

break

the moon shines bright

as the wind blows off

and a blackbird announces

the break of night

into dawn

perhaps

what has so far been considered

breakdowns

could from a different dimension be considered

breakthroughs

breaking through barriers of a rigid mind

does indeed take

some sort of

breakdown
