repairing

and what a grace

to begin

at the beginning

taking one step at a time

repairing

what can be repaired

heal

what can be healed

and leave untouched

what is beyond

our power

to change

confident

that the one who has power to change it

will find the way

big

when life is too big

it might be time

to begin

at the beginning

and take

one step

at a time

thriving

making peace with

the part of ourselves

which have thrived under shadows

of shame

and making peace with what

we never got

while the moon is shifting

and time is passing

by

human

A burst of old emotions

Bringing to the surface

Unexpected reactions

And solitude as a human condition

With the sensation of being

Invisible

And yet so

Fully present

confusing

discovering the root

of one’s solitude

is a passage of confusing sadness

and

a tender relief

enquring

not being given an answer

while enquiring

nourish the sensation of being

invisible

though beyond that sensation

lies an answer

in itself

admitting

being lost

is not necessarily a bad thing to be

as long as we are able to admit

and accept

this is what we are
