when vulnerability is not given

its proper space

it might easily turn into fear

expressed through either

defensiveness

aggression

helplessness

or apprehension

where all it ever asked for

was the permissions to be

feeble

summer rain

silently revealing

a sense of belonging

so far sealed

in a subtle secret

so sublime

it can only be revealed

while the light begins to

decline

when truth is honoured

no one is let down

though ruptures might occur

but only to mend

the underlying wounds

invisible to the eye

invisible to the mind

dimming the shine of the soul

in a perpetual invitation

to heal

carrying light

is indeed an easy yoke

which can

for as long as one

does not feel worthy of it

seem unbearable

deep restorative sleep

mending profound layers

of ruptures

in tissues

where consciousness

has not yet

reached

exploring the unknown

is a wonderful journey

also when it only happens

inside

summer scents

filling the air

after nightly rain

opening the senses

towards

softness and sensitivity

protected by responsibility

and care

being unable to express

ones limits

even more accept

not to mention knowing them

does not make one

a tolerant

even less a generous

person

it might be a weakness

which can become a strength

though only while recognised

for the weakness

it is

grasping

the softness

of an almost

midsummer morning

without losing the fleeting beauty

to greed for the everlasting

which can only be experienced

in glimpses

though

in glimpses with smaller

or longer intervals in between

the frequency of the intervals

being what specifies

bliss

the shift comes the more unnoticed

that it has been strived for

and suddenly

without truly understanding why

every act is embedded

in faith

where it used to be ruled

by fear

just as irrevocable as is

the shift

just as unusual is

the sensation of lightness

bestowed on everything

so far considered

unbearable

a numb wave of anxiety

flooding every cell

of the body

bringing each and everyone

to burst

purifying tissues of old scars

and

healing hearts
