worthy

wakening into a dusty sunrise

and a world covered in frosty white

is worth celebrating

to search

and have found

is indeed worth celebrating

year after year after year . . .

rapture

while the moon is playing hide and seek

behind naked trees

birds announces faithfully

another day of bliss

introversion

just as the moon is not less glorious

just because it is half

life is not less fulfilled

just because it is lived out

inwardly

one way

there are so many ways

to love

not one is more right

than the other

but only one way is right

for each and every one

push

fountains of suffering emerging

transforming into an impenetrable cloud

of emotional pain

hanging over the landscape

while spring continues to push

through layers of old darkness

for life to emerge

shaken

the moon is walking

in and out

the transparent layers of clouds

in an elegant dance

with shadows

calling the reality by its proper name

can sometimes be

a shaking experience

while the scaffold of illusions

is falling a part

eyes wide open

walking into the pain

through the night

eyes wide open

no longer searching to explain

nor to eradicate

just observing how suffering

undulates

like any other sort of emotion

there is no shame in suffering

even less

in setting it free

perhaps

when the sensation of being

fully alive

is no longer a faraway point

in the distance

but an actual state of mind

some sort of breakthrough

can be considered

to have happened

perhaps nothing measurable

perhaps just a slight shift

in the pattern of thoughts

leading towards flourishing pastures

of spring

hesitation

some sort of hesitation

knowing

that what used to be

no longer is

the cold nights

and glorious days

open into the golden span

of presence

observance

to celebrate the last full moon

before the equinox of spring

is another way to celebrate

this powerful shift by nature

from one state of awareness

to another
