rooted

there is a contemplative peace

to be found

in the winter naked forest

the majesty of the trunks

quietly awaiting a new season

without a shadow of haste about their appearance

deeply rooted in the awareness

of their own dignity

moulting

letting go of our intimate convictions

so intimate that we are not even aware

of having them

is moulting

into ones true self

lying

winter is here

with the urge to lie still

and let the invisible take shape inside

for new life to unfold

when light returns

lies

lies are an unstable fundament

to live on

for whatever reason

they have become so

there are as many ways

to tell a lie

as there are ways to speak the truth

somewhere down the line

is a choice

passage

the cold is not in any way

frightening the moon

shining bright above the pine

on a dark winter sky

it is just a passage

is what it says

like so many others before

and so many others

to come

negativity

never to meet ones potential

is in its own insignificant way

a disaster

a disaster the more

that this lost opportunity

creates a latent frustration

growing into all sorts of

negativity

who is to be hold responsible

in this unsolved equation

seems to be the returning question

yet

another way to deliverance might be

to simply

let in the light

and let it shine

luminosity

walking through the midst of darkness

with vault after vault of light

opening up inside

dazzled by the intensity

of the brightness

while drawn by the curiosity

to reveal the source

of such generous

luminosity

eternal

assimilation

of new information

experiences and observations

is crucial for peace

to emerge

time

is what it takes

time to heal

time to adapt

time to create different attachments

time to grief what is lost

time to find what is

eternal

facets

cold mist covering

the world

mysterious mist covering

the truth

however far-reaching our knowledge

it can never be

but a facet

ground into perfection or not

it will always stay

a facet

lighthouse

clear cold nights

for the full moon to throw its light

into parts of the darkness

which do not resist

the intensity of full daylight

but still deserves to be

enlightened
