filtering

an aching body

and a sore mind

filtering shame

is a painful occupation

yet

once shame has stagnated in the body

there might not be so many

other choices

for purification to occur

call

a loving heart

is not enough

in itself

to find the limit

between discipline

and rigidity

is a perpetual call

towards awareness

riddle

being shut out

from oneself

is as painful

as any other

pain

the more when the entrance seems sealed

by a mystery

to be found

at the bottom of

ones heart

leaving

leaving behind

the imagination of

who we are

can be a painful experience

or rather

going through

the feelings

that founded in our minds

this very same illusion

in order to heal the pain

it left behind

can be a painful experience

the more that we have mostly spent our lives

doing everything possible

to avoid ever going there

again

rain can be helpful

even soothing

in such circumstances

loneliness

some sort of loneliness

might be inevitable

when we wish to discover

who we are

only to find what it is

we are able

to share

truthfully

stardust

stardust as a remedy

for stagnated emotions

nourishing the blood

while old brooks

run anew

under a promising sunrise

claustrophobic

being paralysed

even if only by the mind

is in many ways

a claustrophobic experience

softened by gentle rain

and silent thunder

yet still unpleasant
