when the expression of

our individual needs

being the physical side of

our individual talents

are being disregarded as

unreasonable demands

a subtle connection is being

disrupted

and the approach to our essence

little by little

lost

being able to express

the wisdom

coming from inside

after a life of

silencing

sounds just as simple

as it is not

disregarding the call for rest

when rest is required

is depriving ourselves of

freedom

to rest

while rest is required

sounds banal

which does not mean

it cannot be

anything but obvious

living in a reality

which does not seem to be

accessible to anyone else

can be lived

as either a curse

or

a blessing

once the condition of

living in a reality

which does not seem to be

accessible to anyone else

is accepted

as the outset

the fear of being condemned as

irresponsible

or unkind

might be

an underlying motivation

for many behaviours

without even the shadow of virtue

written into it

having nothing to do

with neither responsibility

nor kindness

when life is too painful

and make sense

no more

a different kind of sense

emerge

to numb the pain

and everything seems suddenly

out of reach

approaching the core of

the illusion of kindness

is just as painfully confusing

as the grace of loving light

finally falling into the heart

is healing clarity

for its brokenness

clinging to culpability

is depriving ourselves

of grace

while recognising our fault

an opening towards

mercy

reaching the turning point

where escape is no longer

an option

where running from fear

is no longer ruling

neither mind

nor body

where submission to old wounds

is no longer compulsory

where love is flowing free

like a river

and every act

an act of prayer
