Just another WordPress site
mercy
can be almost impossible
to embrace
when we have spent a life
locked in the conviction of being
both life
and mercy
unworthy
when the communication
between
intuition
and instinct
has been blocked
in the heart
it is like building a dam
on the river
of life
either one part
or the other
grows vigorous and strong
while the second part
is only irrigated
when the heart
as if by error
overflows
when an emotion
was never
accepted
as part of a character
that particular emotion
ends up being
omnipresent
unmercifully
overshadowing the light
of even the most luminous soul
learning to speak up
when
the condition for survival has been
conditioned by
the ability to keep quiet
can feel like
walking upside down
going against
the convictions
of those
we love
can feel like
swimming up river
in spring
discovering that
what
one has wrestled with
over and over again
to make fit into
the reality of one’s perception
is but a bunch
of lies
unsettles the structure
of the mind
until
it becomes visible
what is to be found
behind
being trapped in an emotion
is a perilous place
to linger
all the more
that being trapped means
we depend
on someone
or something
to liberate us
it can be important
to observe
when there is no buoyancy
in the mind
since even the brightest thought
can drown under such circumstances
which does not mean
creativity is naught
only
that there is no buoyancy
in the mind
at this certain stage
of life
having the courage
to do
only
what is
to be done
leaving aside everything
which is done
to satisfy
expectations
or imaginations
about
what is necessary
to become
who we want to be
rather than just being
who we are
when the inner structure crumbles
and the inner structure
is all
one
has
to rely on
it is but normal
that life is put on hold
until the sacred has come to the surface again
under the rubble
