gaze

the beginning of any creation

is to be found

in the gaze

we carry upon

ourselves

and the world

the shape of any creation

once materialised

is a reflection of

this very gaze

though carrying a loving gaze

upon the world

assumes that to begin with

we see the world

for what it is

justification

not having to justify

or explain for that matter

how one feel

is a giant step towards

freedom

reaching the end of our personal will

can be considered a failure

it can also be

the beginning of bliss

helpless

feeling helpless

in front of life

is never very pleasant

though a certain freedom lies within recognising

this is how we feel

without shame

without guilt

just as a natural consequence of

what seems to be

a hopeless situation

insensitive

bringing awareness

into the insensitive

whether it is tissues in the body

or corners of the mind

takes some kind of effort

even when the effort consists of

letting go

unfathomable

a sunrise announcing

tenderness

while gravity is shifting

towards love

and a chestnut tree flowering

in autumn

cicatrisation

walking in an open wound

even when barefoot

is a delicate matter

it is with other words

impossible to put the foot down

without hurting

what was meant to heal

yet it might occur

that the passage of a loving sole

instigates cicatrisation
