how to behave
when
what one has tried to prove
over and over again
with nothing but failures
as outcome
is gently unfolding
as the most natural thing
in the world
the moment
one no longer tries to prove
the veracity
of its existence

Just another WordPress site
how to behave
when
what one has tried to prove
over and over again
with nothing but failures
as outcome
is gently unfolding
as the most natural thing
in the world
the moment
one no longer tries to prove
the veracity
of its existence
timing
as a guideline
rather than a deadline
eternally holding on
to that inner clock
announcing
the proper hour
rather than imposing a rhythm
set by
fear
when the task
ahead
seems unsurmountable
it might be worth considering
what is behind
in order to receive the help
making it possible
to accomplish
what is to be
accomplished
and leave aside
what is to be left
aside
having two voices
crying in the heart
one of sheer despair
and one of utter faith
giving in to the first
while holding on
to the latter
daring to believe
all shall be well
while the world seems to be
falling a part
being considered
ridiculous
is not considered
being considered
might be considered
ridiculous
and beyond all sort of
consideration
is wisdom to be found
the sound of
a moorhen
in the morning
the sound of a woodpecker
at noon
the sound of an owl
in the night
can be
what it takes
to let
the wonders or creation
shine
in their proper grace
what a relief
no longer to believe
what is said
to be true
when being
belittled
what a joy to discover
that
what was being belittled
is
indeed
another expression of
an elegant talent for
care
being able
to care
is indeed
nothing to be
ashamed of
when love
is no longer
something
ought
to be
deserved
it might open our hearts
to
the unending abundance
of mercy
waiting since
the beginning of time
to run through our beings
in order to enter
the world
believing that
giving into desire
is opening the door
to the heart
is a temptation
as old
as the world
yet
the door to the heart
cannot be opened
without desire
which might be why
repressing desire
is not the answer
either
acknowledging it
for what it is
without giving in
nor
repressing
might cast the foundation
on which love
can build
without casting
shadows of guilt
